With vaulted ceilings and large windows, this home offers tons of natural light and wonderful waterfront views. The master suite comes with a private balcony overlooking the lake. Sitting on over an acre this yard is complete with a fire pit for roasting s'mores, a hammock for napping, and a porch swing for enjoying a good book. Take a stroll down to the dock where you will find kayaks, paddleboards & a paddleboat included for your enjoyment. This spot on the lake is calm, quiet, and perfect for an adventure while yet just around the bend you are into big water for tubing & water skiing!

The spacious basement has a living area with a pool table and poker table. Walk out from the basement to enjoy the hot tub at anytime of the day and down to the fire pit at night!
Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
