Here are a few key updates: Contactless Check-In and Out Procedures: We have always used contactless check-in and out procedures and will continue to do so. We provide each guest with a unique code to access the property throughout the stay. Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocol: We are following the Vacation Rental Managers Association and the CDC standards to ensure our homes are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Additionally, we are supplying our staff with gloves and masks and using a professional laundry service to handle all linens. We also stock our homes with cleaning products, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and paper products. Masks: Masks are required by our County when in a public building or when outdoors but unable to maintain distance. If needed, we are happy to provide you with disposable masks. Reusable masks are also available for purchase at many of the retailers in our area. Meandering driveway over babbling brook leads you a short distance to a meticulously crafted 6000 sq ft custom log home with artisan touches, such as handmade iron stair rails and fireplace surrounds, log benches. Fire places and exterior boasts real river rock. The 3 acre parcel feels isolated with pine trees and a meadow providing full privacy, yet it is right off a plowed road with an easy 9 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge and ski area. New shuttle service at the end of the road will take you to Breckenridge, Frisco, Vail, Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne. Great room has a fireplace, surround sound, 60 in. TV with DVD, DSS and iPod station. Leather couch and chairs, wet bar with wine refrigerator. Massive windows with views of a secluded meadow with a back drop of 13,000' Red Mountain. There is a large foyer and covered porch with a built-in swing. Free WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen, double oven and various appliances, pass through window to replenish supplies for grilling under the covered deck at built-in Bar-B-Q. Lower Great room with meadow views has Pool and Foosball Tables, Game Cube and Wii system. The Dining room has a built-in nook, which seats 4-6, and a 10 person table with 2 extensions that seats up to 14. An 8-10 person hot tub just outside a covered deck. Satellite TV. High Speed Internet. Main level laundry room; 4 full bathrooms/ 1 powder room. Loft overlooks the great room, has an office with computer and bathroom. Walk out lower level has fireplace, Pool table, Foosball table, 36 in. TV with Wii game system, wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. Ski Lynx Lodge has radiant in-floor heat, an attached heated garage, and a fenced side yard. No room is without a view, it is beautiful and private 360 degrees around!
