Our townhome has two large bedrooms on the 3rd level, each with a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the courtyard below. It has a queen bed, TV/DVD, dresser, rocking chair and a full bathroom. The west bedroom has a queen bed as well as a bunk bed with two twins. It has a dresser, TV and full bathroom. The kitchen and dining room are on the second level and the living room with its gas fireplace and entertainment center are on the entry level. A quarter bath is located near the dining room. The living room includes a full sofa (which folds out to a queen bed) a love seat, gas fireplace and entertainment center. The main entrance to the townhome is on the courtyard and there is a deck off the living room that overlooks it. A single car garage equipped with sleds is located a few steps below the living room.
This is our home away from home and it is equipped with everything a traveling family would need. The interior furniture and color scheme are warm and inviting. The ability to to be within a minute or two of the front door after skiing, hiking or swimming is invaluable, especially for families. We love it!.

This location on Peak 9 is a short walk to town, to hiking, biking, sledding, restaurants, the Riverwalk Center, bus and shuttle lines, and the Upper Village pool and hot tubs. This three level townhome looks out over a landscaped courtyard and has a one car garage. Updated throughout in 2006, it is our warm and comfortable 'home away from home'. Breckenridge is a fantastic getaway both in summer and in winter! From our front door, it takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the slope (across the courtyard) where you put on your skis, & ski 100 feet downhill to the lift line!
