You can’t get much closer to the trails than this ski in/out studio condo at the base of Park City (the main base area, not The Canyons). This open-space 516 square foot, tastefully-appointed studio at the Lodge at the Mountain Village has three queen beds - perfect for friends or a small family. Key amenities include ski in/out, full kitchen, 50” TV with cable and internet access, wifi, gas fireplace, elevator, locker room for skis/boots, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, exercise room, and sauna. There is ample storage space for your clothes, gear and food. View the stars from the main queen bed that has a comfy memory-foam mattress, or pull down the Murphy bed or pullout coach that also has its own memory-foam comfort. No need to worry about getting to the resort and paying for parking - an underground parking space is included with your rental!
This is an end unit with an extra window that brings in tons of light, and allows for air conditioning during the summer months. It is located on the skating rink level but on the quiet side of the building. The building hallways were upgraded during the summer of 2022. The Park City Mountain Resort bus stop is right outside your door, so you can catch a free bus into town, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, or even Salt Lake City! Cook a meal in the fully-stocked kitchen or catch the bus and enjoy one of the many top-notch restaurants nearby.
Other Things to Note:
The condo has elevator access to and from underground parking, pool and hot tubs, exercise room, ski lockers, and skiing. There are many ski rental options right outside the building, and there is luggage storage available at a cost.
Ski Locker:
There is 1 ski locker provided for this property and the locker number is 159. Please note, the ski locker room is common area and the HOA Management Company (Compass) is responsible for the security, use, management of lockers, and enforcement of the rules to ensure there is no unauthorized use and good discipline and order are maintained in the locker room.
Parking:
There is only car allowed to park at a time for this unit and requires a parking permit. The parking permit will be left in the unit for use during your stay. Please note, Lodge parking is strictly patrolled and Diamond Parking Services have been engaged to patrol Lodge parking areas and ticket violators. If tickets are not paid, Diamond Parking will send the violation to collections. Continual violations will result in towing. Lost parking permits will result in a $400 charge to the guest's account.
Luggage Storage:
Compass now offers luggage storage right here a the base area, 7 days a week. The units are large enough to accommodate multiple large piece of luggage, skis, and snowboards. Please note:
- A reservation must be made in advance, Monday through Friday
- Reservations for weekend and holidays must be made Monday through Friday
- Units are available at $95.00 for up to 8 hours
- Payments can be made by credit card, Venmo, and cash (checks are not accepted)
