For Après-Ski, Main Street’s shops, galleries, bars, breweries, distilleries and restaurants are just two blocks down the public stairs. Top-rated Deer Valley Resort is also just a short ride away on Park City’s Free Transit Bus. The condo comes with a dedicated off-street parking space, located directly in front of the unit, convenient for trips to the grocery store and other area attractions. Please note, if you elect to bring a car in winter months, four-wheel drive and snow tires are essential for safely navigating Park City and the surrounding alpine environment.

The second floor loft bedroom - open to the kitchen and living room below though visually private - has 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. Linens are complete for all beds, bath and kitchen. The main level full bathroom has a combination tub/shower with hair dryer, soaps and towels.
The large entry hall features bench seating for gearing up with room for ski and boot storage. Indoor hot tub has been closed. Shared outdoor hot tub is scheduled for install in August 2025.
