Romslig tomt på 935 m2, perfekt til badmington mv. Terrassen strekker seg rundt husveggen fra sør til vest og er omkranset av ett blomsterbed med et variert utvalg planter og blomster. Solrikt og deilig. Mot øst er det en hellelagt og skjermet frokostplass. Weber grill, uttrekkbart spisebord, 8 stoler (med nedfellbar rygg for soling) og 2 solsenger, alt nytt i 2017 samt en flott flyttbar peis finner du på terrassen. Kubbespill og badmington i putekassen. Hytta er lys og hyggelig med vannbåren varme i alle gulv i første etasje. Grunnflate er 80 m2 med todelt hems på ca 30 m2 grunnflate. Første etasje: stue/kjøkken, 2 dobbeltrom, bad og separat toalett med vask. Hems: TV stue med sofa og to lenestoler i den ene delen og to enkeltsenger i hver sin ende av den andre delen. Sofaen er en uttrekkbar dobbel sovesofa. Utrustning: her finner du det aller meste( bortsett fra større kjøkkenmaskiner).
