Picturesque mountain views where the sunset lasts over an hour with beautiful deep oranges, and pinks. Nestled at the base of the KVR trail, and the Naramata wine trail.
Only a 7 minute walk from the downtown core where you can enjoy a huge farmers market, wonderful restaurants, craft breweries, and boutique shopping, 13 minute walk to Okanagan beach, and 3 minutes drive to the first winery on route to Naramata while at the base of the KVR trail of you want to walk or bike and enjoy stunning lake views and neat cideries along the way.
This property can sleep a maximum of 4 guests. The primary Bedroom comes with a king size bed, blackout curtains, dedicated A/C, television with basic streaming service, sheets, pillows, and blankets, storage for clothing, and a private balcony. The secondary bedroom is currently being used as an exercise room, but will host a double bed for your stay. All bedrooms are located on the top floor, with shared access to a full 3 piece bathroom with Tub/shower combo.
The main floor includes a spacious living that will comfortably seat 4, foyer with coat storage, modern kitchen with killer views for cuisine lovers and 8' long island, lower full wetroom with rainhead shower with independently controlled water pressure and temperature, and full laundry room. A Nespresso coffee maker is provided with gourmet coffee pods. Access to the backyard is off the laundry where you have a spacious 2 tiered yard with a lounger on the top deck and large outdoor bench on the lower. Even while hot, the bench provides shade and a nice breeze, perfect for reading a book or playing a game of cards. The living room includes air conditioning, 55" TV with basic streaming services, and a fireplace for winter stays. The kitchen has large, granite sink and commercial faucet, 5 piece appliance, basic small appliances, plates, and cutlery.
One parking stall is included, with the ability for 4 more cars on the street. There is one camera, a video doorbell in the front area only. This is a stratafied unit, and neighbours must be respected. There is a firm no smoking policy in the house, and outside the front door. City garbage collection is provided, as is high speed wifi.
We kindly ask you treat this home as it were your own, while enjoying all the entertainment it can provide. During June through August, we ask the blinds in the kitchen be left down, and the doors not left open while the air conditioning is on. The house receives full west afternoon sun and will warm up quite quickly. Dedicated bike and walking paths are located 120 yards from the front door.
The hospital is located roughly 600m from the house should anything arise, and a fire extinguisher and first aid kit is included.
