The Space:
Living Area :
Inside this open concept space you will find light flowing in from the private balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliance and is stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Step into the dining area with the dining table that comfortably seats six with additional seating for three at kitchen bar. The living space has a flat screen TV with sleeper sofa to relax after a day on the beach. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer in the unit.
Bed and Bath:
The main bedroom features a king-size bed with flat screen TV and access to the balcony. En-suite main bathroom features a large vanity with shower/tub combo. Second bedroom features a queen-size bed and second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a bunkbed with twin-size bed over double-size bed with pull out twin-size trundle bed.
Guest Access:
- The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $36/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival.

Getting Around:
Romar Place is located on Perdido Beach Blvd in Orange Beach. If coming from the Beach Express, take a left onto Canal Road and a right on Hwy 161. At the dead end take a right onto Perdido Beach Blvd, and Romar Tower will be on your left in about 2 miles. If coming from State Park Road in Gulf Shores, you will take a left at the light onto Perdido Beach Blvd and Romar Place will be on your right in about 2.5 miles.
