Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to immediately respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. At a spacious 3,600 square feet of high-end luxury, Sittin' Purdy is ideal for families and boasts of several gathering/entertainment areas. This double lot has a large grass backyard overlooking Lake Carillon. Centrally located in Carillon Beach provides convenient access to the downtown, beach, pools, tennis courts, and playground. Adjacent to the Community Meeting House and The Village Green venues allows for brides to literally step into their dream wedding. GENERAL PROPERTY INFORMATION: - Sleeps 18 - Handicap access (ramp into the beach house) - 2 sets of beach chairs (4 chairs/2 umbrellas) available March 1 through mid-October - Carillon Beach Walk-Over #4 walking distance - Grill - Parking for 5 cars - Spacious screened porch on the back overlooking large grass yard and Lake Carillon - Side entrance on north side (Community House and Village Green) - Pack n Play - Beach towels are provided for our guests. LIVING AND DINING AREA MAIN FLOOR: - Large, Direct TV - Powder room KITCHEN and DINING ROOM: - Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, Wolf range and oven - Large island seats 4 - Separate dining room overlooks Lake Carillon seats 12 - Separate pantry room with sink adjacent to laundry room and side entrance LIVING SPACE SECOND FLOOR: - Large Direct TV - Overlooks Lake Carillon - Common/play area - 2 sets of built-in bunk beds - Sleeper sofa BEDROOMS AND BEDDING ARRANGEMENT: FIRST FLOOR - Master Bedroom 1, King, private bath (stand-alone tub and shower), TV - Bedroom 3 (adjacent to Master Bedroom 1), Queen, handicap access ramp from out outside, private bath with handicap shower and commode, TV - Master Bedroom 2, King, private bath (shower), TV SECOND FLOOR - Bedroom 4, King, private bath (tub/shower), TV - Bedroom 5, 2 Full Beds, shared bath (shower) with common area - 2 Bunk Beds - Sleeper Sofa *Two sets of beach chairs (4 loungers), pads and umbrellas are provided on the beach daily from March through October. Additional beach loungers may be procured through the on site beach service. NOTE: IN KEEPING WITH NEW VRBO POLICY, IT IS NECESSARY FOR YOU TO TENTATIVELY BOOK PRIOR TO CONFERRING WITH THE MGR.
