Summary: This apartment is in a fantastic location but needs a lot of upgrading. The kitchen units are badly damaged and there is a lot of wear and tear. Also note that the balcony area is right beside the main sunbathing platform so you have no privacy at all. The owner was very responsive and tells me that the flat is going to have a refurbishment this autumn.
