This beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront home offers all the amenities for the ideal, fun-filled family vacation. It features a small sandy beach, a boat dock, a swim raft, spacious decks, a hammock and a fire pit. Spend your days swimming, boating or paddling around Blackey Cove in the canoe that is provided with the rental. The waterfront faces West and is ideally situated to view the spectacular sunsets over the lake in the evenings. The family can toast marshmallows and share laughs while sitting around the gas fire-pit at night. The kitchen is roomy and well-equipped and the living room is smartly designed with floor to ceiling windows to capture the amazing views of the Blackey Cove. The main level offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, a gas fireplace, a full bathroom and a small flat screen TV. There is a lone bedroom on the upper level with a queen size bed, a futon and a full bathroom. The lower level offers an entertainment area along with two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has two twin bunk beds. This home also has AC! There are 3 mini splits, one in each master bedroom and a large one for the whole first floor living and kitchen area. There is also a separate screen house that has two more twin beds. If you are bringing little ones this home offer a crib, pack-in play, and a highchair. Pets subject to owner approval but if allowed, the fee is $250 per pet with a 2 pet maximum. SLEEPS 12. PLEASE NOTE: linens and towels are not included in this rental. Please inquire about renting these items when confirming your reservation as they are first come, first served.
