Positive: The location is excellent, close to the center and the path to Moorish Castle/Pena Palace, also close to the market square where, unexpectedly, a medieval fair was going on during our stay. The facilities are amazing, shining new and clean, just like in the photos - spacious, well equipped and tastefully designed, with marble on both bathroom floors and walls, ornate mirror table in the bedroom is a nice touch and was useful. The pillows, matress and the sheets were really comfy, lots of light coming through the doors and big windows with a nice little sofa beneath the window to bathe in the sunlight and look at the greenery in the nice liitle yard (which also had a bench and a table with the chairs to enjoy it from close up). Dehumidifier in the entrance helped with Sintra's famous evening fog - we actually liked the fog as it gives a magical atmosphere to already magical place, but the residents need to take heed of it every day to keep the homes pleasant. The owner, Joao, was the best ever, very friendly, honest and helpful, and he went great leghts to make us feel at home - he left us some fruits and snacks, stuffed the fridge with beverages and even gave us a bottle of vine, crystal glasses and a bluetooth loudspeaker. He also gave us a ride to Lisbon and paid us a Bolt ride from the place he dropped us to the place we were going to, which we really didn't expect.
