Positive: layout of the flat is really great and a lot of light there are proper heaters - that for winter is perfect, other flats are mostly only with ac and then air is really heavy and floor is still always cold.
Negative: there is no just no sound isolation from the street , you will here everything ! and it’s what of the most busy street in town .music till really late evening and cleaning after and while morning
