Our single-level home is a cozy, yet spacious retreat on Happy Hill in Cambria. The former home of an artist provides the decor and landscaping that reflects the serenity that Cambria is known for. The peaceful & short 1/2 mile walk to the beach make for a unique experience on the California coast.
Our home is single level living at its finest. There are no steps keeping you from accessing all of the living spaces and patio (two steps take you down to the actual ground in the backyard). Many of the homes in Cambria require steps up and down to living and bedrooms, but not here.
Each of the bedrooms provide seating along with beds, giving you opportunity for privacy during your group stay when you want it.
One bathroom has a grab rail in the toilet area and the other bathroom has grab rails in the step in shower.
You have access to the entire home and no others will be sharing the home or the property with you. Currently, the garage is occupied by a compact car, but there is parking for two cars in the driveway.
Our home is not rented for short-term periods (i.e. less than 31 days).
