One bedroom, one bath single level apartment rental -steps from the beach on Isle of Palms. This vacation rental is the back left corner apartment C of a triplex (other tenants may be occupying the two other units). It is located across the street from a beach access path, and perfectly situated for maximum time at the beach. A quick drive to shopping, restaurants, tennis, dog park, gym, basketball, playground, and more! Bring your dog for nonrefundable $100 fee (2 max, per dog fee).
Apartment C features easy access (just a couple steps onto front entry deck), a kitchen with full size fridge, oven and microwave (no dishwasher, no icemaker), full size bath, Smart TV in living room with streaming capabilities ONLY, no cable, Wireless internet, full size washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower (shared between upper unit and lower unit). Perfect for a small family or couple, looking for an affordable rental with close proximity to the beach and other island amenities.

Public Parking is shared in the front of the house on Palm Blvd, do not block sidewalk
Yard is shared between all three units.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed; Door in room does permit access to backyard patio but has a deadbolt lock on inside and nightstand in front of it.
LINENS & WFI INCLUDED (no cable). NO SMOKING. $100 Non refundable dog fee.
The three bedroom, two bath upstairs and downstairs triplex units are also offered as rentals and may be rented together with the Apartment C unit for a total of seven bedrooms and five baths, pending availability (see Palm Blvd 2605 Up and Palm Blvd 2605 Down, or ask Island Realty vacation planner).

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place worked for us. Recommended if you and your significant other want to bring your dog to the beach.Before renting this property, you should be aware of:- No cable TV provider but we used Video App memberships to watch shows on the Roku TV.- Parking, especially on weekends is horrendous, as there is no reserved parking spots and you compete with all other public beach goers. Suggest owner provide off street parking pass or pave spots on private property for renters.- No dishwasher, but not a big deal if you are going out for meals.- Bring your own coffee mug as there are only small cups provided.- Palm Blvd is an extremely busy beach street so backing out of parking spots can be very challenging.Overall, no complaints on our short 3 day weekend.
