Open plan Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room and Meals area overlooks the Marina with a large sliding door and windows across the front.
Kitchen has large island bench, dishwasher, large fridge and delonghi nespresso coffee machine.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed as well as a walk in robe and en-suite.
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and built in robe.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single trundle beds (4 singles altogether) as well as built in robe and 3 way Bathroom with large vanity area.
Large Laundry with plenty of cupboards and bench space. Separate Lounge Room.
Step outside and there is a lovely undercover paved area set up with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
You can sit out here on a summer night and entertain while watching the boats go past.
