Welcome to GreenBean home in the heart of Surfside Beach!! Come and enjoy this modern- brand new home which, has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Open-concept living room/dining with bedrooms toward the back of the hall. This home also offers a Full-size washer/dryer, WIFI, hair dryer, coffee machine, and BBQ pit. The location is very central –a short walk to Pedestrian Beach, hop a golf cart to Jetty Park or Splash pad, and 0.6 miles to private Surfside Beach access.
Green Bean offers a fresh and fully remodeled top to bottom and features a rare modern aesthetic. The Green Bean is ready for your group of up to 8 in class and comfort! The living room has plenty of entertaining space where you can play your board games or play a game on the Smart TV, and Green Bean features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for your needs.
Across from the living area has casual seating at the kitchen island, which has a complementary coffee bar and cookware plus utensils.
*Outside, you can enjoy the private patio with an included BBQ pit, and the private parking for only you.

Summary: This was a fabulously, clean and well kept home just a few blocks from the beach. The owner was extremely helpful communicating about the check-in and any questions that we had. We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for all. Great open family and kitchen area for sped if time together.
