Summary: When we arrived and went to reception to check it the lady was very welcoming and professional and friendly she explained about the lodge and what was available and gave us the keys to our lodge when to the lodge it was absolutely stunning very clean fresh and perfect the hot tib was maintained each morning and all staff were availbale if we needed anything this place is the best lodge we have stayed in 100% recommended
