. 4 bedroom plus bunk room, 3 bath plenty of room for your family to enjoy beautiful Smith Lake. Wonderful views with an easy walk to the water. Community dock along with 2 community pools make it a relaxing destination for your family.

If you are bringing your own boat you have to launch at Trident Marina or Arrowhead Resort then you have multiple slips around the property to dock your boat. There isn’t electricity for bass boats to recharge. Trailers and extra vehicles over the 2 parking spots can be parked at the overflow lot at the front of the property.
