You're invited to enjoy our 2 bedroom/2 bath, single level condo located on a corner lot in the gated community of Silver Sand Racquet Club in Palm Desert. This private gated community, located adjacent to the J W Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa, offers guests relaxation, social opportunities, tennis and swimming with golf nearby. Just a couple of blocks away are two major shopping centers, one hosts Bristol Farms and Sherman's Deli and the other, Ralph's and Morton's Steakhouse. The world-reknown Eisenhower Medical Center is also less than 5 minutes away. Silver Sands Racquet Club is conveniently located to high end shopping, fabulous dining, premiere golf courses and luxurious spas; all the amenities to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Our 2 bdrm/2 bath home has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, tile floors and ceiling fans throughout and lots of light. Decorated by a registered interior decorator, furnishings are Mediterranean style. The living room is very comfortable with a leather sectional sofa, fireplace, 50' LED TV mounted above the fireplace for easy viewing and offers HD/DVD. Free WiFi is available throughout the condo. The dining area comfortably seats 6 on upholstered chairs around a glass top table. There's a counter bar and barstools for casual dining. Opening to the dining area, the kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances and is completely stocked. There's a microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, stemware, flatware and all the cooking utensils and accessories we could anticipate that you might need. There are some basic seasonings and condiments supplied. If you need any additional supplies, let us know as we aim to please. The master suite has a Cal king Stearns & Foster bed. There's a dresser, chair, LED TV, large closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks. Sliding glass doors in the master bedroom open to the condo's private courtyard or enjoy the mountain views while lounging in bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together to make a queen bed, an LED TV. Across the hall from the other bedroom is a bathroom with a tub shower combo. There is a large 2-car garage with washer/dryer and lots of storage space. A large private courtyard with mountain view provides guests with a comfortable outdoor dining space. There's a patio table, umbrella and gas BBQ. The condo also includes a back patio for guests to soak in the sun or cross over to use the common pool and hot tub a few steps away.
