Summary: Never book residence in this area, only hotels! It was big mistake. This apartment is not cozy at all, outdated especially bathroom. Uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows - too hard. Old towels and of corse nobody change it for you as in hotels)). Trash is a problem too. Bad experience for me and never again I book apartment in Dubai with a lot of perfect hotels with perfect service. The area is not convenient even for Uber, especially for walking.
