Sleeps 4 and has 2 additional day beds. Maine art & furnishings. Living room/Dining Room areas w/ breakfast/computer nook and printer. Brand new support mattresses, New (2021) Luxury King Bed in Master and 2 Support Twins (new 2020) in 2nd BD,. Patio furniture seats, 4 with new petite Gas Grill 2021. Super Speed WIFI/Cable TV w/120 Channels. New Washer Dryer . Very Well-equipped kitchen with new (2022 appliances. In the summer, 1 mini portable AC unit provided. Welcome basket w/Maine goodies. 2 parking spaces assigned/2 additional guest spaces. Central HEATING. (Gas fireplace living room available @ $45 charge per week) Easy walk to town:, dining, many shops, galleries, seasonal tour boats, harbor (7-10 mins walk). Sorry, NO pets. Adults (21+) only please.
