3 Bedroom House in Siesta Key, Sarasota
Located on a quiet cul de sac street in a tropical setting, with only a half block to wonderful dining, and another block to beautiful Crescent beach. It is the proximity of this duplex to the Beach and Village that enables us to be zoned a weekly rental. It doesn't get more ideal than this!
Beautifully appointed Master bedroom with King sized bed, walk in closet and large bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. Lovely second bedroom with queen sized bed has convenient adjoining small bathroom with shower. Third bedroom, with single bed and a bunkbed, is whimsically decorated with tropical fish. Just around the corner is access to the third bathroom with tub/shower, which maintains the original vintage south Florida style. The open living area holds the living room, kitchen, dining area and sunroom. Walk outside the sunroom and enter the large screened-in lanai with outdoor dining and seating for 6 as well as 2 loungers and additional smaller table with 2 chairs. Through the child-protected screen door is the heated salt water pool.
This comfortable, three bedroom beach house underwent a major renovation when purchased in 2016 —with all new facade, roof, central air, added screened, heated pool and outdoor living areas, addition of a Master bedroom suite (garage conversion) upgraded the existing two bedrooms and replaced all kitchen and laundry appliances. Tropical landscaping, walkways, outdoor showers. Kitchen renovation in 2021. Three televisions and WIFI throughout. The unit is tastefully furnished with coastal style decor and comes fully equipped with everything one needs to enjoy their vacation in paradise!
This unit was outfitted with the traveler's needs in mind; from a dishwasher to in-unit washer and dryer and gas grill. Linens, towels and beach equipment provided—you are well prepared to begin your beach vacation!

Conveniently located just over the South Bridge for easy on/off island to Sarasota. Beach Access #12-- is a short walk away.
Like most of the beach rentals in the area, this is a duplex. It was originally a triplex, but we took the garage which was being used as an efficiency and turned it into Master Suite. This house has an attached fully renovate and well-equipped, one bedroom beach rental; making it ideal for a larger gathering of friends or extended family should you desire this. The one bedroom villa (separate entrance) has full access to the pool and the surrounding lanai but does not encroach on your private lanai just outside the 3 bedroom's sunroom.
