Villa Carmenta is a beautiful villa with pool situated in a sunny, quiet location, in the southeast of Sicily, not far from Noto, Ispica and the Vendicari nature reserve. Blending harmoniously into its natural surroundings, the villa offers a well-kept garden and spacious equipped terraces. Recently built, the property boasts comfortable interiors all on one level, including a large living/dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there is a furnished terrace and garden area with a barbecue and a wood-fired oven. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Villa Carmenta offers a perfect venue for further exploration. The baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla and Scicli, and the amazing beaches of San Lorenzo, Santa Maria del Focallo, Portopalo di Capo Passero and the Vendicari nature reserve are all a short drive away.
