Positive: Once David met my husband and son at the property they said he was very nice and helpful.
Negative: MAIN COMPLAINT. FREEZING ROOM. NO HEATING ON AT ALL and Cost me over £600 extra on the night with deposit and pre payment due to last minute change at Booking.com. David on duty was efficient but not too friendly at first on the phone. Seemed irritated. Also could have shared contact whatsapp as stated in the booking but this didn't happen
