With a king bed in the Master featuring a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and gulf views from the window and a guest bedroom with a queen bed, this unit can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a four-course dinner in your well-equipped kitchen. Walk less than 200 yards to private beach access, swim in the pool, grill outdoors, or play a friendly game of tennis. Come start making memories at Enclave 502B that will last a lifetime.
The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court.Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive to plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin.

The Enclaveis located 3.5 miles fromSilver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commonswith incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
The Destin Commons is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Summary: Clean and perfect for me, my husband, and daughter. Close minute walk to beach. Several restaurants in the area. Shopping and outlets close only 5 minute drive. The seafood in the area was the best. We ate at Pampono Joe,Crab Trap, Bill's Bayou, and Margaritaville just to name a few. Private access to beqch was wonderful.. You need yo bring beach chairs/umbrella. My famil will definitely be returning to the area soon.
