Positive: The staff was friendly. We liked the pool and snack bar. We had lunch at the snack bar one day and it was very good.
Negative: When we arrived we were directed to the front lobby to purchase wristbands (6) for 2 people and a parking pass for $85.00. These were on the kitchen counter when we arrived in the room. The room was not up to our standards. The bed mattress and pillows were dirty and uncomfortable. Just a thin, soft mattress topper on top of a very old and dirty mattress. The shower liner in the main bathroom had visible mildew stains. The decor was old and needs updating. The tv in the living room and bedroom did not have signals.
