Welcome to paradise, one of the newest and centrally located beach houses in Orange Beach, “SHORE THANG 2", located directly on the pristine, white sandy beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico. Enjoy and experience the breathe taking views, the wind swept gulf waves, cool warm gulf breezes from sunrise to sunset and in between. This gulf front home is a modern 3800 SF, 2 story home. The first floor gulf front terrace has a 12'x20', 4' continuous depth, lighted pool. The second floor master bedroom has a private 16x6 direct gulf view balcony with table and chairs. The home has designed central heating and cooling systems for maximum comfort. Provided is a private beach access boardwalk at the east side extending full depth of the home and beyond the main beach dune for simple short proximity access to the beach. There is a convenient wall mount outdoor shower prior to entering the home or deck. The pool sundeck includes tables, seating, umbrellas and cushioned 4 each chaise lounges. The covered terrace area consists of a bar table & stools overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This gorgeous home as 10ft high ceilings, granite countertops, tankless instant hot water heating units and high-end appliances. There are two full size refrigerators/freezers & complimentary hi-speed Wi-Fi internet service and satellite televisions. The dining area has seating for 15 people and the living room has a 60" mounted flat screen TV with total direct gulf and beach views. The home perimeter (Beach Front & All Sides) has privacy fencing with private gate to boardwalk. Private 660 square foot open-covered entertainment area with outdoor shower, tables & chairs, ring toss game and chaise lounge are located outdoors on main level. There is sea turtle friendly exterior lighting surrounding the home.
