Positive: The house was fairly clean.
Negative: The issue we had with the property was that the private beach entry did not exist. It was apparently broken off in a storm prior to January 2024 based on some Vacasa reviews I found. This means that the ad for this home was deceptive as this happened pre booking and the page was not updated to explain this. I would not have booked this beach house if I had known. Apparently people get a call the day before their trip about this but we did not. We got ready to go to the beach and then the steps just drop off a good 15 feet. This was a huge hazard with me carrying all the bags, toys, etc. and my 3 year old is walking alongside me. We ended up getting a 25% refund but after finding out that this had happened pre booking, I’m pretty upset that that’s all we got. We ended up using the public entrance to the beach a ways down the road.
