Enjoy entertainment on the upgraded 58-inch smart flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The condo also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The full bathroom has been updated with modern touches, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience.
This spacious studio offers plenty of room and comfort for your vacation needs. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views of the Gulf, and the balcony allows you to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery. After a day of beach activities, unwind in the cozy seating area and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.
As part of the Shores of Panama resort, you'll have access to a range of luxury amenities. The resort features a stunning 18,000-square-foot pool with a zero-entry feature, creating a lagoon-style pool experience. There is also a kids' play area and a Jacuzzi. If you prefer indoor activities, take advantage of the heated indoor pool and accompanying indoor Jacuzzi. The resort offers covered parking and an onsite parking deck for your convenience.

Rental Rules & Info
• Must be 21 years or older to book. • A rental agreement must be signed after booking
• This unit does not come with an assigned parking spot
• Resort Rules: No pets allowed, with the exception of owners.
• Guest Registration: All guests are required to register their vehicles and purchase a parking pass and wristbands prior to check-in. A one-time resort fee of $65 (plus 8% sales tax) per stay applies. The registration link will be emailed to guests 10 days before arrival in their check in an email. Upon arrival, please check in at the Shores of Panama front desk to pick up your wristbands and parking pass, which includes 4 wristbands and 1 parking pass, providing access to the gated resort and its amenities. Please note: This fee is set by the onsite HOA and is subject to change.
Please pardon any inconvenience as Shores of Panama is currently undergoing exterior renovations to enhance the resort experience. Construction is expected to continue through March 2025. During this time, guests may experience some noise or minor disruptions. Please note that construction activities will pause from March 2025 through September 2025, and then resume in September 2025. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these important improvements are completed.
Don't forget to bring: While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
