Positive: Lovely Ryokan with very nice private Onsens, both indoor and outdoor. The building is a bit old but the staff is very welcoming and accommodating and the food served is absolutely delicious! They were able to accommodate our 1 person not eating meat since we let them know in advance and prepared one of the best dinners we've had in Japan!
