The Suite is located on the southeast corner of the building with a 78' long lanai that wraps around the southeast corner revealing a breathtaking virtually 270 degree ocean view! She is fully furnished in island decor, and is scrupulously cleaned & maintained with alluring updates and a stocked kitchen!
From your private oceanfront lanai: overlook the beautiful Caxambas Estates, Roberts Bay, and mangroves to the east --- the Gulf of Mexico, Caxambas Bay, 10,000 Islands, Cape Romano, Kice Island, and the ever-changing sandbar to the south --- and Shipp's private beach to the west. See the sunrise and the sunset, all from your armchair. This suite has the best view on the island!
