Welcome to Sunshine Beach House!
This house is an original 1940's 2 level charming cottage, located in the most sought after neighborhood on St. Simons Island, East Beach! This quaint beach house was built in 1946 and totally renovated in 2015. We kept the charm and added all the modern amenities. Between 4th and 5th street, this beach cottage is a short 2 minute walk to the beach access.
Driving up to our cottage you will be greeted by a beautiful front porch for living like a local with your cup of coffee in the morning. The living room has a cozy coastal cottage design, that opens up to the fully equipped kitchen and dinning room.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. This master has french doors that open up to a large open backyard. The second bedroom is located off the laundry room with a twin bunkbed and a half bath connected. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a full bed and a twin. This house will sleep a total of 9 people.
The backyard has 5 chairs for lounging after a long day at the beach!
