Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The property was very clean. The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was on the hot side.
Negative: The pool was in the middle of the lobby. Not very private. Breakfast was confusing. Ours was supposed to be included with the room, but upon arrival we never got a “coupon”. So they sent us out of the restaurant to go get the “coupon”. Then when we came back they said they had no seats for us when there were obviously quite a few empty chairs. So, they sat us up at the bar with the tv blaring. The food was just everyday hotel food. Nothing to write home about. I don’t understand why it had to be such a process. It was a bit weird.
Summary: Except for breakfast, the rest of the stay was ok.
