When you turn the corner off the main road and see the house on the hill surrounded by over an acre of manicured lawn and gorgeous landscaping, you will be so happy to know your vacation starts in this beautiful property. The home is spotless, upscale, comfortable with attention to details. Ralph Lauren bedding and bath towels, high end appliances. Well decorated with high end furniture, cable tv, completely air conditioned, meticulously cared for inside and out. The south breezes off the bay, the sunsets, the beautiful nature complete this very special house. Enjoy the private community dock directly across the street. Fish, swim, sail or paddle board. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, tea pot, microwave and utensils. The spacious, living room is on the south side of the house with lots of windows that will delight you with tree top views, beautiful sunsets, and a peek a boo view of the bay . Spend your time enjoying the nature that abounds as you relax on the back porch. Enjoy alfresco dinners and evenings around the fire pit. Play a game of table tennis on the regulation size table located on the lower floor of the house. Your friends and family will enjoy a lovely private space furnished with 2 beds, coffee bar, and a full bath. All completely decorated upscale and very comfortable.

Summary: The care and condition of this house makes it clear that it's well loved, and now we love it too! We spent four weeks in this cozy place, and the house was a peaceful oasis throughout. We're already missing the spacious screened porch / outdoor room at the back, and we hope to return again. The house is meticulously clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. The grounds are spacious and well landscaped. Judy was lovely as well—thoughtful, considerate, and just the right amount of communication. We loved it and will certainly be back.
