The front double-story sanctuary boasts 2 extra- large bedrooms with king sized beds and an additional bedroom with a single bed, ensuring a restful nights sleep.
A large covered deck with ocean views becomes the perfect backdrop for morning coffees or sunset gatherings.
Two bathrooms, a spacious modern kitchen, dining room and 2 inviting living areas complete this section of the house, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
Venture to the back dwelling, where a large mezzanine level hosts the main bedroom adorned with a king sized bed, ensuite, and walk-in closet, creating a private oasis.

There is a large park of native bushland across the road that sits on the southern face of Moffat Headland. Take a walk up to the top of Moffat Headland to see the stunning view (and the migrating humpback whales between July - October), and wander back along the informal pathways meandering through the park.
