The Space:
The main bedroom has a queen bed & access to the 2-way bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed + single bed. The 3rd bed has 1x set of bunk beds + 1x free-standing single bed). A bathroom with shower & bath plus separate WC is adjacent to the bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooktop, oven, microwave & dishwasher. An open-plan dining & living area adjoins a glassed-in verandah & open-air deck. A gas barbecue & outdoor furniture are provided for your enjoyment.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire house + garage + laundry. There is a locked storeroom adjacent to the laundry which is not accessible.
The Neighborhood:
Shelltopia is situated on the 'beach-side' of our beautiful village. Enjoy an easy walk to the beach or follow the sealed pathway along the boulevarde to the shops
Getting Around:
Short walk to the beach and local shopping centre.

On the lower level with external access is the laundry with 2nd shower & WC. The lock-up single garage is available for guest use with off-street parking in the driveway.

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION LICENCE AGREEMENT - upon booking confirmation you will receive an email containing a link to accept the terms of the Holiday Accommodation Licence Agreement. This document must be completed or the booking will cancel. Valid Australian ID is required.
REFUNDABLE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 is payable.
•For bookings of 5 nights or less the deposit will be by way of card 'pre-authorisation' hold.
•For bookings of 6 nights or more the deposit is payable by way of Electronic Funds Transfer to our Real Estate Trust Account.
Security deposits will be refunded/released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages or losses.
• Please note, some 3rd party booking sites do handle security deposits on guests behalf - please let us know if you have any questions at all.
