The following description is of each apartment -
Downstairs -
This ground floor apartment has a modern bathroom and kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, lounge room with a Smart TV and DVD.
Dolphins apartment also has a reverse cycle air conditioner, as free WIFI and a washing machine in the apartment.
The kitchen is modern with all appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven.
There is a separate dining room adjoining the kitchen. The spilt system air conditioner is in this area so it flows through to the kitchen and lounge room.
The private courtyard is perfect to relax and enjoy a BBQ for breakfast, lunch or dinner or to just sit back and relax.
Upstairs -
Possums is a two bedroom apartment, suitable for the smaller sized family or friends wanting to get away.
The lounge room has a Smart TV, free WIFI and reverse cycle air conditioner.
The kitchen will impress with stone bench top and quality appliances including Bosch dishwasher.
The large entertaining deck can be accessed from the dining room and main bedroom. It has an outdoor setting and gas BBQ, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.
The marble bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and separate deluxe spa bath, the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.
The back yard is grassed but not fenced in, great for the kids to play after a long day at the beach.
There are no internal stairs, different locks, private and separate entertaining areas with their BBQ's.
