This property boasts 2 close by beaches, motorboat access with dock on property. Included with your stay are kayaks and a fishing boat with oars. Just 20 minutes to Gunstock ski mountain, 5 miles to NH Motor Speedway, 20 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee, 5 minutes to Gilmanton Winery, Peyton Place, 10 minutes to Shaker Village and only 10 minutes to all the shopping you can handle at The Tanger Outlets! Snowmobile to all the local trails right from this home! Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast as well as the person wanting a quiet getaway. Includes use of dock with ability to hold up to a 16 foot boat. (Docks removed as of November 1, 2021 - Replaced in Spring)

Summary: The property was everything it was listed as. Looked better in person than in the photos. Would stay again in cooler weather. It was just to hot outside to do anything. We did go to a local beach for the afternoon though. Close to many amenities.
