Welcome to Shady Oaks! This beautifully remodeled and smartly designed home can host the whole extended family. Are you tired of booking separate rooms or even separate properties? Shady Oaks is the perfect family gathering place! Renovated in 2019 to be an ideal vacation home for large families looking to come together, we simply cannot wait to host you for your getaway and time of making memories!
Upon arrival to Shady Oaks, you will find the home a bit set back from the road with ample parking for multiple cars and even an RV if needed. Located a comfortable distance from neighbors, you will find farmland views and alpacas coming spring of 2023. Entering the home, you will be greeted by a wonderful open floor plan where everyone in the family can gather. A large dining table for meals joins the primary living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace. A family room just beyond offers a small desk and a queen-sized sofa bed with privacy curtains.
Passing through to the spacious kitchen, your family will love the massive dine-in kitchen island! A fully stocked kitchen with all you will need to make wonderful home-cooked meals will please the chef. Looking for some great local seafood in addition o the bounty of local produce you will find out on your days' adventures in the area? Visit Northwest Fresh Seafoodunder 3 miles from Shady Oaks! An adjoining dining room with a wood stove and an informal living room make this a great space to gather. Just off the kitchen, you can access the back patio with an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and a picnic table overlooking the farmland beyond.
Take either staircase, head upstairs, spread out, and enjoy a plethora of cozy sleeping spaces. Each is bright and airy, unique and comfortable. You will delight in the ease of flow throughout and between both levels. The staircase by the laundry room and full guest bath on the main level will direct you up to the Primary bedroom which is over 400 square feet itself. Offering a king-size bed, smartTV, kitchenette, and bar-height dining table. Your own private suite! Following the hall in the opposite direction, you will come to another full bathroom and just beyond another nearly 400 square foot queen-sized bedroom with a cozy seating area overlooking tall majestic tree views. This second bedroom will lead to multiple other bed arrangements, with a twin guestroom, a landing area with a twin daybed and trundle option, and a final bedroom featuring a bunk bed with twin, a full bed, and a twin trundle. Following the staircase loop back downstairs you will find yourself back in the heart of the house, otherwise known as the kitchen.
Not leaving any family members out, this home is equipped with a full sized crib. Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, croquet) are available to rent upon request.
