The best part? Your gear is delivered directly to your beach house. You’re welcome! Cancellation Policy: We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your investment. Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. No refunds will be given for early departure due to inclement weather, personal illness or other reasons.
