Stunningly beautiful Rogue River location with three river-view decks & fully stocked kitchen (plus pantry with herbs & spices etc.). Great fishing, rafting, kayaking, hiking, biking, water skiing, BBQing by the river, plus great wine tasting area, 5 minutes from Lost Creek Lake, Crater Lake is under an hour away. Large parking area in front yard, RV's welcome. The bathroom is small. Four guest maximum at the house. Game room in garage. Dogs welcome, $25 each per stay - see pet policy. Just four miles from Shady Cove, this newly remodeled 1930's vacation home is located on one of the most beautiful sections of the Rogue River where fish & wildlife abound. Three river view decks plus a covered BBQ area. Fully stocked kitchen and separate dining room with river views. Large living room with 55" flat screen for watching Netflix or playing PS4 games. Fast internet (30MBS) with WiFi. Game room with ping-pong, air-hockey, and darts, plus extra large fridge. Plenty of dog beds and pet potty area outside. Bathroom is small with a walk-in shower. Back yard is fenced, but due to rocky terrain, it is not dog or pet proof. Large parking area in the front with plenty of space for RV's and boats. Portable rafts and kayaks can be launched or recovered from the property. Great put-in's just up the road 1-3 miles. Best pull-outs are in Shady Cove. Four houses up river is a raft rental outfit (Sunset on the Rogue) and small market. This property is not suited for small children due to the fast moving Rogue River less than 20 feet from the house. Due to the age of the property, the steps are irregular and not built to code. Driveway enters onto Hwy 62, take caution leaving the property. There is no dish washer. You are welcome to smoke outside. PET POLICY: Well behaved dogs are welcome, $25 per dog, per stay. 2 dogs maximum. Dogs not permitted on the furniture, incontinent dogs must be kenneled. Pick up dog waste before leaving. You cannot leave dog(s) locked in house for more than one hour. If your dog sheds, please Swiffer daily. Dog bowls, beds, blankets, and leases are located in garage. Excellent dog walking area 2 miles away. Watch your dog(s) when in the back yard, due to the river, dogs can escape. Network name is Fishcamp, password is 101Salmon. No solids down the sink, we are on an old septic system that will not process solids well. The bathroom is small. Only four guests at the house maximum. No dogs on furniture, place dog waist in plastic bags and place in trash, incontinent dog must be kenneled, Swiffer daily if your dog sheds. Trash & recycling located in front yard (green is trash, blue is recycling). Turn off or lower A/C (or heat) before leaving. Fold up outdoor umbrella's so the wind won't steal them. Propane heater and BBQ on deck, extra tanks in garage.
