Welcome to my lovely home located in the desirable Shady Banks neighborhood!
This home is just 5 mins away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 7 mins to Cruise ship Port, 10 mins drive away to Las Olas, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and Hard Rock Casino. The neighborhood also offers an active local Park, outdoor Gym, Sports Area, Waterfront Nature Preserve, and walking trail.

Feel perfectly at home with this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in the city for business!
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need, and there's a living area with sofa, love seat, and a Smart TV with streaming options so you can watch your favorite shows and movies!
The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have queen-sized beds each. The 3rd bedroom is converted into an office with a Peloton treadmill and a pull out sofa bed for extra sleeping space.
Full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer and dryer are provided for guests to use!
High-speed WiFi and 2 free parking spots on the front right side of the house are all provided during your stay!
