Positive: Great spot just a few blocks up from the lake (no view of the lake). A quiet area at night with access to all the shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk from either train station (San Giovanni or Como Lago). 5 minute walk to bus stops and the ferry terminal. Nice, clean apartment w/ kitchen amenities and comfy beds. We were able to check in early; host greeted us even though our train was delayed. Very nice stay in Como - we easily able to take the bus to Bellagio and ferry home.
