Washer/Dryer in unite. Fresh interior paint and deck stain. Gorgeous, private backyard with huge deck with a view of the Flatirons. Location is central to everything Boulder. Five min to downtown. Five min to 29th St Mall. Five min walk to trails. All utilities included: water, trash, gas, electricity, internet and yard maintenance. One pet welcome with reference, approval and additional pet deposit. No smoking on property. Complies with City of Boulder Smart Regulations for energy efficiency. Proof of rental insurance required.
