The Floating Mansion has an open-plan ground floor layout with a lounge, a dining area, a state-of-the-art German kitchen, a den and 1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs, there are a total of three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is an outside terrace with 180 degrees of stunning water view, three sunbeds and a lounging area. LOCATION: Located in the Vice City Marina in the heart of Brickell, Miami. Brickell is a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with luxury condominium and is home to many popular upscale Miami restaurants, shops and places of entertainment. It is just a 10 minute drive from Miami Beach, 25 minutes from Miami International Airport and 40 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. And it is just a few minutes walking to Brickell City Center Shopping Mall, Zuma, Komodo, La Mar by Gaston Acurio, Naoe, or Casa Tua. Upon request the Floating Mansion can be moved to another location, even in the middle of Biscayne Bay for the cost of $10,000 a night. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire at the time of booking. BEDROOMS: This home has 3 bedrooms with 6 sleeps. All bedrooms have water views and equipped with automatic electric shades. Upon request we can offer 2 more sleeps on Bunk Beds at an additional price of $250 per person per night. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and custom made German kitchen with a complete line of new MIELE appliances: (induction cooktop, built-in coffee machine, built-in steam oven, built-in oven and microwave, wine cooler, fridge, toaster, blender, outdoor kitchen equipped with BBQ.). The dining area has a table with seating for 6 persons, plus a bar seating for 3 persons along with all possible necessary dinnerware, cookware and etc. PARKING: Parking is valet only. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, MIELE washer/dryer, 8 beach towels, free WiFi and Smart, apple and satellite TV. NOTE: The Charter Agreement (Bare Boat Charter) applies to this listing. The Charter Agreement will be signed with each charterer. You will be required to provide the following information: copy of the front and back of your Credit Card along with matching government-issued ID. After signing the agreement by both parties, your credit card will be charged with a $5,000 refundable security deposit.
