Positive: Big kitchen/living area with washer/dryer. Porch with a swing to watch the sunrise and sunset, chickens, deer, and the cliffs over Proctor Canyon. Extremely quiet, yet if you are lucky, you get to hear the kids practicing piano upstairs.
Negative: The rooms are in the basement, with high ceilings, yet no windows. So, you do have to go out and up the stairs if you want to see what is happening outside.
Summary: Beautiful new home with accommodations for guests.
