This Rent In Highlands vacation rental home is pet friendly for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.

Conveniently located just 7 minutes, or 2.3 miles from downtown, this beautiful contemporary home is close to all of the great shopping and restaurants that make Highlands so special. Light and spacious with modern furnishings and a screened in porch with views of the mountains invite you outside to enjoy a beverage or dine al fresco. Two living areas make this home perfect for families or couples traveling together.
Main Level:
The main level features a 2-car garage providing easy access to the home. Inside, you'll find a bright living room with a vaulted ceiling, gorgeous stone fireplace and French doors that open to a screened porch with breathtaking Blue Valley views. The kitchen, living, and dining areas offer an open-plan layout with paneled walls and beautiful hardwood finishes. Additionally, there's an office and a full bath. The master suite, also on this level, includes a king sized bed, private ensuite, walk-in closets, and a private balcony. A large, step-free laundry room completes the main floor, ensuring accessibility.
Lower Level:
The lower level offers a den with and a second screened porch. The 5th bedroom is located on this level and is furnished with two twin sized bed. This level also includes another full sized bathroom.
Upper Level:
The upper level is home to a second master suite with a private ensuite, office, closets, and a balcony. There are two guest rooms on this level furnished with queen sized mattresses, providing ample space and comfort.
