Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Comfortable, the studio is spacious as it is a duplex. First floor is very spacious, smart tv, dining table, kitchen, toilet, sofa, filtered water, refrigerator, water kettle. Second floor is bedroom, toilet, provided wardrobe with Hanger, iron. If the owner change the first floor sofa to Sofa Bed. Then it will be great for a family studio since 4 people with 1 small child can sleep there. Right now only suitable for couple with 1 small child for queen bed upstairs. And if owner can add microwave then it would be great for reheating your food.
Negative: Nothing, other than complex parking but it is to be expected for Damansara Building. Owner can provide PDF file with photo instructions so it will be easier. Wifi password, but no problem since the smart tv already connected with WiFi, just a hassle for our smartphone. No problem since still have own Internet data but a bit slower since 5G not available on Celcom Digi network there. Something to hang towel inside the bathroom since the existing hanger already broken.
