Welcome to your home away from home in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Whether you are here to unwind or enjoy an active vacation, there is something for everyone at Seven Springs. This condo is within walking distance of the outdoor pool(50 yards away), tennis, golf, hiking, biking and fishing. Just a step away is a free shuttle service to take you to the resort amenities and ski slopes during the winter months (on call in summer months). *** The condo is fully cleaned and sanitized after each guests stay, fresh linens and towels provided. All normal surfaces are sanitized including toilets, sinks, showers, floors, door hardware, etc. The open floor plan of the central area starts with the kitchen/dining area and opens up to the large living room with two sleeper sofas to accommodate several guests. Accommodating up to 6 depending on how close you are. Step outside to the deck to enjoy the private wooded view and mountain surroundings. Seven Springs Ski Resort is the largest ski resort in the Laurel Highlands. Great advanced slopes will challenge advanced skiers, yet there are plenty of areas for beginners, and an outstanding children's ski program. Seven Springs Mountain Resort has its own premium golf course minutes away and over a dozen great mountain golf courses available within less than 1 hour. Premium courses include Laurel Valley in Ligonier, and 3 Robert Trent Jones designed courses at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort! The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, dishes and cookware you may need. Bring your favorite K-cups to enjoy in our Keurig. Linens and towels are also provided. A laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen with a washer and dryer. - Free WiFi - No Smoking - No Pets. Owner will keep a portion of security deposit as appropriate should renter bring unauthorized pets - Must be 25 or older, with a valid driver's license - Extraordinary cleaning fee $100 - Refundable damage deposit $250 - Early check-in and late check-out may be available.
